  • Day 1 — Arrival & Grounding
    Arrive in the late afternoon, settle into your room, and enjoy a warm herbal welcome. We open the retreat with a grounding circle and evening fire ritual to release what you’re carrying and arrive fully into sacred space.

    Day 2 — Sensory Embodiment & Divine Feminine
    Begin the day with nourishing movement and breathwork, followed by embodied practices, gentle touch rituals, and a heart-opening cacao ceremony. The afternoon offers spaciousness for rest, journaling, or nature, with a deeply restorative guided meditation in the evening.

    Day 3 — Embodiment & Fire Activation
    This day centers on alchemizing pain into pleasure through somatic movement and emotional integration. You’ll be guided through transformative practices, supported reflection, and evening fire ritual to ignite vitality, clarity, and inner power.

    Day 4 — Integration & Spirit Activation
    We weave together all elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Spirit—through ritual, breath, movement, and play. The day includes a collaborative group activity, celebration, song, and closing ceremony to anchor what you’ve received.

    Day 5 — Departure & Farewell
    A gentle morning meditation and closing circle allow time for gratitude, integration, and conscious transition home.
